Can't purchase GameSalad PRO?

Hi guys,
I'm trying to upgrade to PRO now but it won't let me complete the checkout process.

• I've added it to my cart
• I've logged in via PayPal
• I click the continue button at the bottom
• Takes me to a new page where I have to double check my order
• I click the "Confirm your order" button
• It takes me back to the previous page with all the billing information (it still says I am paying with PayPal)

It just loops these 2 pages and I have no idea why.
