Recover Lost Project?

It looks like I deleted my projects from my laptop and I was wondering if there's anyway to recover them. I have versions of them uploaded to GameSalad, but can I convert them to a project?

You can download the uploaded game project file from the GS publishing page. No need to convert anything.
