Multiplayer incorporation

How can I incorporate multiplayer in my game for iOS and Google Play? For example .. what if I had an app and my friend had the same gaming app and we wanted to play head to head. How would I make this work? Also can we do cross platform multiplayer? What if I had an app on android and my friend had an app on iOS? Is multiplayer even possible at all on Gamesalad? Thank you :)

    There is only async multiplayer currently, so you could play head to head but only in a timed run, or a distance run or something, but not at the same time.

    Multiplayer is new, largely untested, very difficult and not fully supported yet. I'd strongly recommend coming back to it later when it's more developed, there are more tutorials and things and you've honed your GameSalad skills even further.

    Currently only asynchronous multiplayer will be available. Or as it's called turn based like words with friends.
