generate apk how long does it take?

in iPhone and Android Publishing

Hi everyone, I clicked on the generate apk button at 10 o'clocK this morning and it is now 1 o'clock (three hours later) yet it still hasn't generated... Can anyone tell me how long it takes generally? Or if anyone else has had similar problems? Thanks Rachel.

    It should not take that long.
    In Fact it should only be a few minutes at most.

    Hi, sorry for the late reply but yes I have refreshed my browser, the only thing I can think of is it being my computer?..

    If you click the question mark at the lower right and send customer service the publishing link for the stuck apk we can take a look and see what's going on. Usually if there's an error in the process you'll get some feedback, but it's possible we didn't catch something or there's just a hiccup.
