Jagged Lines

Hey everyone! I have a quick question. I'm using clipart as one of my actor images and for some reason when it's uploaded into Gamesalad, the black lines outlining the image are jagged and just down right choppy looking. I've tried going into Photoshop and adding a blur effect onto the lines to see if that helped, but it did not. Any thoughts or ideas? Thank you so much!

The creator is not a 100% accurate on how your game will look, if you test it on a device it will look different and most likely no jagged edges.
