spawn rate problem

in Working with GS (Mac)

I noticed that one of my actor spawners that spawns an actor every few seconds will slow its production after a while. How do I get the spawn rate to remain constant?

    make sure your drag is turned to 0 in your actor's physics.

    I had that happen a while ago and maybe someone else can help you because I forgot what the problem was.
    It could be that the actors it's spawning has their drag turned up. Keep them at 0.

    The issue really is that the spawner would spawn at a slower rate as time went on
