Spawning actor from table reference

So I have an actor that's hooked up to a table. I constrained an image on the actor from the table so that way every time you refresh the game a random image shows up on that actor.

My only problem... Every time I spawn that actor, it's blank. It doesn't even show the image.
Would anybody possibly know what could be the problem?
