I have looked through the forum and I don't know how to make it, or I don't understand the formula:

I am trying to go through forum...etc Can't find anything. Any help? I don't want a link to GSHelper... I am here to learn not to pay. ;-)

I know you asked that a link not be given to GSHelper - but this is a free demo that shows you how to detect if the user has opened the app on a different day. I think you could use this and tweak it to fit your needs.
