Adding game center in NEW itunes connect?

I'm trying to send out an update or my app but I want to add game center to it... for some odd reason it doesn't have that little "plus" button to it anymore ..

    I am going to release a game in a day or two but due to this problem you've just mentioned(and some more people mentioned), I guess we might need a solution fast, since this will be the first time I'll use Game Center :/
