Select Ad-ID while publishing ( Yes or No ?)

I am trying to publish my game to the Apple Appstore. But I am not sure if I need to select yes or no when they ask if the game uses the Ad-ID (IDFA)

My games uses iAds

So what do I need to select?

I read that because I use iAd i need to select no. Is that right?

If you use revmob, Chartboost, or ad mob you have to select...

it won't do anything to the iAds. I put yes because I use admob but I am still getting iAds as well.
