Android Publishing issue even signed the APK

Dear Support team,

would you please help me on this issue?

Problem Description: APK Parsing error during installation.

Action took:
1. Sign the APK Manually. Gamesalad "Sign" not working, saying my password is not right.

  1. try to install it from phone (copid the signed APK to phone)
  2. got errors.

Next action:
I am going to use simple app to test the publishing. T_T
If you have any advice please let me know.

    Solution: I changed the SDK level to 10, after that signed APK is working. My Samsung phone OS is 5.0 but still need SDK Level 10.
