Signing APK doesn't work - Button not responding - Opens empty tab

in iPhone and Android Publishing

I tried to sign my APK via gamesalad today but unfortunately without any results.
on the publishing page generating the app does work, but afterwards when I try to sign it, it doesn't work.
the right upper corner button with 'Sign APK' is not responding at all and the pop-up text when its done generating with

'To start the app the signing process click here'

only opens an empty tab and that's it..

ideas how to fix this will be highly appreciated.

    Did you try doing a fresh install of GS?

    Are you on windows by chance? If you are, you have to download it instead and sign it through the APK signer. If you're on mac..... not sure what to tell you.

    @QASalad I'm on a mac.. when I click the button it opens a link (gamesalad://apps/909175/sign/android) but nothing else happens..
    same happens for IOS.

    @Lost_Oasis_Games tried re-installing GS but still same problem :/
    I also got the same problem when I try to sign an app which was already generated before I got this problem..

    Is GameSalad open before you attempt to sign? @timolapre1998

    Yes it is. I am doing everything the exact same as I used to do. The only thing I can think of that changed is that I updated my computer. Not sure how this could affect it though..
