Which Ad Networks?

Hi,
I am just coming back to GameSalad after taking a year off to work on other projects. I'm wondering what ad networks are working well for others right now? Any to avoid?
I'm about to launch my first game after coming back and want to make sure I hit the ground running.
Thanks!
Rich

My opinion:
For banner ads: iAd on iOS devices, AdMob for android.
For interstitials: Chartboost.
Avoid: RevMob.

@NipaDidIt What about startup ads? I never see startup ads mentioned in these kind of threads.
That would be Chartboost interstitials, but are a bad practice in my opinion. The quickest way to turn a user off your game.

@Hopscotch I heard startup ads where bad practice. I don't know where I read that, but I wanted to comfirm. I assumed the two where different since they are listed separately, but I guess they act the same way.
I do like the thought of sticking with iAds since their stats are pretty good and most of my downloads are from US. I'm not sure people are clicking on those little banners anymore, banner blindness.
The trend is definitely going away from banners, they also pay out the least.
Regarding banner blindness, it all depends on the app and placement.
Placing a banner on the gameplay scene of a fast paced game will definitely get overlooked. The player is engrossed in chasing a high score and concentrating on the game play. The last thing the player will do is read a banner, much less click on it to leave your game.
Alternatively, placing it on a game over scene, or a menu, or any scene where the player has pause to look around the scene, has a higher chance of it attracting attention.
