Question about platform: iPhone 5 portrait

Hi Everyone, just a quick question that I have not been able to find an answer to. Will Apple still accept apps that were created using the iPhone 5 platform instead of the new iPhone 6 ones? Almost all my apps were created using this mode and when I switch it... it just messes everything up.

Yes as they are both 16:9 aspect ratio. It going from 4:3 to 16:9 that causes issues.
