Do i need new provioning profiles to release the same app?

I want to release a paid version of my app (I've just submitted the free version) ..

Do i need new provisioning profiles? or can i just use the same stuff as before?

    Here is a screenshot from the Apple forums...asking exactly that question. The answer is no. Simply change your tier to a date you wish to change to a paid tier.

    I think Sarah could possibly be asking if you can have both a paid and free app on the store with the same profile! Not specifically changing it to paid! I would like to know this too

    If you want to have two versions (for example, lite and pro), then two separate profiles are required.

    Think of lite and pro completely different apps.
