Hey guys can i put iAds and admobe in my game like a banner...?

And when i put the ads in my game i make two actor ( one actor to iAds , one actor to admobe ) or just one actor for a both...? and i write the rule in the actor about the advisement and after that i put this actor in menu and the ads will appear in the game with levels or i put the actor in menu and levels also or what...?

And after setup ads will appear in my game when i testing on my device or not...?
