Sandbox IAP testing

I have set up a new app and IAP on Itunesconnect. I have not submitted anything so I can test to make sure my coding for IAP is correct.

I am tracking the callback and everything works fine there with connecting to apple. When I go to purchase an item it just toggles between "pending" and "unpurchased".

My connection status is a 1.

I have verified my IAP id and they match. The user for the device is a sandbox tester.

Am I missing a step? Any help would be appreciated.

    Figured it out. The old app store login from my personal account was still in the device. Changed it to sandbox one and all is good!
