Amazon blackberry devices

Hey guys I was trying to submit app to amazon underground but it was rejected as it does not work on BlackBerry or Google Nexus 7 devices .. i used kindle publishing wizard .. would google publishing fix this issue?

    So the Kindle target will only work on Kindle devices. What you need to do is to submit a "Android" target binary for Nexus 7 and BlackBerry devices. I believe you're allowed to submit different apks for different devices. If not, please send us a more detailed error report to our CS group (the ? icon on the bottom right).

    I tried to submit Android published APK it was not approved as it would not work on blackberry either ( similar results of kindle APK
