Basic membership and Pro membership [URGENT]

I wanted to ask if I purchased the basic membership for one year, and I needed pro to publish, can I purchase pro for that month? And is the cost for pro for that month $29 or the difference between a monthly pro subscription and a monthly basic subscription since I'm already a basic member, which will be $10?

Yes. You can upgrade to PRO for a month. It will cost you only $10 more, if you already have a basic subscription bought for that month.
