how can I fix this I cannot see a problem
also, Im spawning them / every 1 second spawn actor x y position etc.

You'll need to post your rules so that people have some idea about how you're making your actors move. Also, put yourself in someone else's shoes: I'm looking at a screenshot of some boxes but I have no idea which direction they are supposed to be moving or even what is correct about the first image but incorrect about the second. I'm sure you know which is why you posted a question but you need to provide those details.
