How long have i been working on a project...

This may be something for Apple... But i wanna know how long i been working on my gs project... Is there Any way?

I keep a log for my games. I'll start the log with the initial start date that I opened a new project file, and I'll add new entrees with each major addition to the game. I also do video updates for myself so I can go back later to watch. This has two purposes for me:

1. It's cool and I get to see how everything progresses.
2. With each game released we become more experienced and probably will do things differently in new projects we begin. The video helps remind me of the things that didn't go so well.
