make each actor on scene be unique

Hi, let's explain the situation :

i have different actors (squares with different numbers from 1 to 6) and i want them to disapear when they make a sequel (1-1-1 or 1-2-3 for instance) but if the square 2 dissapears, every square with the number 2 will disapear so i want each square to be unique, it is possible ??
