IAP testing in iOS9.2

iOS 9.2 does not support the sand box , so i used my apple account to test IAP, i get the following error message .. ( see picture ) which i dont understand why the game is still showing sandbox environment message ?!

    says at this time. They could be doing an update to the system.

    anyone else has previously working IAP not working with the new iOS9.2?

    I had this issue. I think logging out and back into iTunes & App Store via the settings fixed it. I may have also needed to re set up as an internal tester. I think what happened was that before, you weren't supposed to be able to use accounts that had actual purchases in the sandbox. For some reason it for me anyway until the update and then I got that error. It didn't affect my other test accounts.
