. . . . or if you don't need the group of actors to rotate (as one unit) then simply make two game attributes controlX and controlY - constrain these attributes to a master actor's X and Y, then constrain all the actors in the group to controlX and controlY - with an offset for their position relative to the master actor . . . hope that makes sense !

If you mean while editing a scene then no, there is no way to do that. A selection rectangle and basic grouping features would be really handy.

This is a great example of not enough detail in the question = a bunch of random guesses, @NipaGames' answer, my answer and your answer could all be right, but are totally different answers !
@Socks I agree. Threads like this make me kind of wish for really hard moderation of the forums. This question would be hidden and a message sent to the poster requiring more clarification before it be posted.
Not practical, probably, and not fair, probably, but it would lead to tidier forums and more questions usefully answered.
I'm sure I'd actually hate it, but occasionally I wish that's how things were.

Yeah sorry for not enough detail. I meant while editing a scene. I have 50 actors that I wanted to move all at once. Thanks for responses
There is no way to do this currently. Perhaps consider Manto's external application that lets you do this. I don't have a link to hand but if you search the forums for "Manto" you'll find it easily.

Do you mean tags? Hold down shift and select the actors you want, then drag and drop them to the tag you want.
