How can you have a 2 apps sync with each other?

I am creating a game that has levels. I want to create a free version and a paid version. The free version will only have like the first 10-15 levels and the paid will have all 40+. Is it possible for gamesalad to code something that if the user downloads the paid version to sync the completed levels of the free version?

    if you setup a custom server backend that allowed people to create accounts you could sync it. See my signature for details on running your own server.
