Almost done? What now

Hi guys. So, I've kind of completed my game - the gameplay, UI and everything is in place. But what else do I need (or should) put in, for example an info/credits screen? Also, should I publish the game under an alias? Is it legal to give myself an alias like Red Dog Games?

Depends on your game. If you feel that an info or a tutorial scene would help people get in the game better, then add it. If you want to add a credits scene, it´s totally up to you.
You can have an alias, as long as it has not been registered to someone else. For example: if Red Dog Games is not someones registered company, you can have it in your game.

@Slayre77,
It depends on the app you built. I usually include:
1. My logo screen
2. Game splash screen (title, with links to the other screens, except for the logo)
3. Instructions (sometimes)
4. Options (sometimes)
5. About (credits)
6. More (links to my other apps)
7. Plus, the game itself is in another scene.
Concerning your alias, if you do not incorporate, it's a sole proprietorship (DBA - doing business as). As Nipa suggested, check the name is not already in use. I was going to call myself Apple, but some company already took it.

Lol true that...I often have used Shookie Studios in my Splash Screen...however I am not incorporated nor DBA...I do however put 2015 David Ballew as my copywrite in itunes.
