Can we use Chartboost cross-promotion and interstitial videos?

Hi guys,
just a couple of question.
Is it possible to make a cross-promotion campaign with Chartboost in GameSalad?

And is it possible to use interstitial video ads?

One more question: the CPCV (cost per completed view) of an interstitial video is the same of a Rewarded Video's CPCV?

Or interstitial videos gives revenues only from installs?

Interstitial videos usually pay $0.01 per completed view. If the game is installed through the ad, then it pays much more.

So if interstitial videos are paid per completed view there's a way to simulate the Rewarded Videos! (for example I would try: "if actor is touched" --> "pause + interstitial video" --> go to "rewarded" scene).
