how to make finger scrolling scene?

in Working with GS (Mac)

so ive looked almost everywhere for this but couldnt find an answer! I have a scene which is basically choosing music for the game (project is portrait) and there are music choices but i couldnt fit on one scene so i want to be able to scroll using my finger to view more music choice. ive already enabled scrollable in the layers tab but im not sure what the next step is.
