wrap x question

okay so i have an endless scrolling background that constantly plays right.... i want the background to continuously go to see as if you were riding a vehicle... however heres the problem!... i have a truck "bad guy" actor that comes from the left of the screen... but since i have wrap x checked you can see him on the other side of the scene... which totally sucks... i want him to interpolate to somewhat "appear" is there a way of hiding him from that wrap x? ps i know its a screen attribute, but i wanted to know if anyone found any tricks around this? my background images are that of the scene 480 by 320... geese, now that i think about it i need to do this for a couple of actors because i will have a coin actor too that will happen as well -____-
