HELP ME! Please....

Alright so im new with this. Like Really new. I just started working on something and am trying to import my player character from google sketchup. I cant export a 3d version for some reason, but i took a 2d picture of it with a white background and exported to gamesalad. I put it on my background in my game and all there is is the player with a white box around him. Is there like a chroma key or something to fix this? thanks

You need to export your image with alpha, there is no separate key in gs

An alpha mask defines the areas which are transparent
