New Physics and Collision Bug?

Did something change in the builds 1.24.X that would result in certain physics and collisions to behave strangely?

For example, in my game when two actors collide they are supposed to change alpha to 0. This works in the Creator, but does not work in my ad hoc. I reverted to 1.23.1 and it works perfectly on ad hoc with NO change to code, so clearly something is up.

Anyone else notice similar bugs?
