tax form for UK Ltd company 2016

Hi guys,

I'm about to release my first game soon and filled out the tax form too, just want to make sure it did correctly...I was searching on forums regarding this but some older threads looks out of date or been deleted.

Mainly unsure about "Part III: Claim of Tax Treaty Benefits (If Applicable). (For chapter 3 purposes only)" section.
Can anyone from the UK with Limited company help regarding this?
