Get Table from URL - Network callback attribute -1

I've followed the tutorials and discussions on sql databases for the Get Table from URL. I have my php file set up correctly (I can see it through a web browser), but it keeps returning -1 when I try to connect through GS.

I have been using scottharrrules43's modified version of Jon's php script, currently available at this thread:

Any advice is welcome at this point.

It must be encoded into JSON before you can get the Table from the URL
