Hi
I want to make a scene where user can buy New actors (using iap) like a sort of market.
That scene should be updated weekly. My question is: I have to make New releases weekly to let users to see that or
Scene will updated automatically.

Depends how you are going to do the updating. If you submit a new updated app each week you have to factor in the review time. How do you plan on doing the updates?
I have no idea about how many ways there are to update my game. What I d like is that the user should avoid to update the game from the store eVery week. Hoping it is clear.

Gamesalad cannot load information dynamically once the app has been published so you'll either have to work out a system of adding all the content up front and allowing users to only have access to that information after a set period of time or change how you want your market to work.
If you plan each week's update, it's pretty simple to "activate" them on a week by week basis (either per user based on their install date, or for all users each week). You'll need to clarify exactly what you are trying to do, though, if you want specific help.

Pls take a look to the image above; what I need is to find the right way to update sheet 2 with new actors.
Question: if I change and update sheet 2 what final user has to do to find it updated? He has to download new release from the store? I'd like to avoid it.
