I download gamesalad viewer in my iphone 5c and followed the instructions. both are connected to the same wi-fi and i click the button to connect them both and it works but no progress happens from the loading bar. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks

It happened to me as well. When I turned off my firewall it worked fine.
