how to do an act that mimics the movement of another

I have a lead actor who moves from left to right and want to do another actor imitate his moviento one second after my lead actor does

    If you simply want an actor to move left to right, and then a second actor do the same left to right movement 1 second later . . . then place the move rule for the second actor inside a timer set to: After 1 second.
