Any suggestions for books studying game design?
Game design as a general idea or Gamesalad specifically? If you mean Gamesalad I have my book linked in my signature below.

I was thinking general theory over logic. But I have your book on my list as well.
@gattoman, I'd be interested in hearing others thoughts on good general game design books (or other sources of information) as well.
The two best books are "A theory of fun for game design" by Raph Koster this is considered the bible of game design. the second is "Game Design 120 Solutions" by Wendy Despain.

Ordered a theory of fun game design. Will look at the other one. Thx
Thinkertoys by Michael Michalko. Not specifically game design, but creative thinking in general. Highly recommended!
