@Game Chef Here is our first (and only) game, so far! We're making a pretty big update to the version that's currently available in the App Store...Should have the update release soon .

Good luck with the development of your first game!

My first game was called DoodleKicks. I've not renewed my Apple account so it's not available in the store at the moment, but here's some screenshots.
It was a simple keepie up game.
Good luck with yours!
I didn't manage to publish it, but this is the first game I made -
and here it is on the arcade - PLAY WURM
My first published game was Neon Asteroid Blaster, an Asteroids clone.

Mine was Fart Radar (sorry not exactly a game!).
First game? Yes. Quality? No.
I spent 60 hours building a game for me. I wasn't intending to sell it or market it. I just wanted to prove I could do it. It was a labor of love and I was proud of my accomplishment.
I made a lot of mistakes while learning GameSalad and did things in ways that could be simplified and shortened considerably if I re-made the game knowing what I know now (from so much education via these forums, tutorial videos, and templates and demos).

Penguin Pounce was my first game. It took me about 6 months to make (an hour or two a day), and that includes art, creating 80 levels, learning GS and other things. Not the best quality looking back now, but at the time I thought it was great, especially for my first game. I learned a whole lot during that time (like not to unlock every actor on the scene, especially when you want to make a change to that actor on 80 levels...). I still keep it updated so it runs on most devices. For my first game it did well on the App Stores - I think I've crossed the 60k+ download mark for this game alone across all of the App Stores.

Simple premise, simple controls. They've gotten a bit better since then .
