Decrease attribute by a certain number

Hey everyone,

Really quick question, but I wanted to know how I would decrease an attribute by a certain number using Change Attribute. Any help would be awesome, thanks!

    change attribute self.hhh to self.hhh - 5

    Global attribute. Let's say Score

    Change attribute score to score +1.
