In which order does Gamesalad work though the behaviours?

I guess in one actor it works from top to bottom?

For the rest does it work through the list of scene objects top to bottom, bottom to top, or another way?

    Code within the actor is scanned top to bottom.

    Actors/layers are scanned bottom to top.
