Does “No Watermark” version mean we’re free to use the art?

A friend of mine just finished a game based on the Zombiedrop template. GS Helper had a 48 hour sale on a “No Watermarks” version of Zombiedrop. He bought that . Now his question was "does this “No Watermark” version mean he's free to use the art?" He completely reskinned the whole game but thought he wanted to use some of the buttons, cloud animations, after the fact. I'm not sure what to tell him. Thanks

I would assume that "No Watermarks" means the art is free for his use. But why not ask someone at GSHelper such as @Braydon_SFX?

Honestly, I would assume that if it came un-watermarked, and since it usually comes with the art watermarked, that you are free to use it. I'll report back when I speak with him.
