Admob Banner Ads Doesn't work

Hi guys...
I setup Admob banner for my game..
but It doesn't work...
I put AdMob Ad Unit in Service tab and also I put Banner actor for the game.
when I test on GameSalad it says the banner would be display..but test on testflight... It doesn't display...

what should I do?
