Device Time and Date format and linking them for use

Hi Folks,
I am writing a table to set specific events for specific days in real time. What is the Device time and date format so I link them properly to the table?

@tatiang the OSTime Demo wasn't quite what I needed but it helped. I'm not at a point yet where I need something as detailed as @Armelline 's resource gatherer, that will fit for the main project but not the learner one I am doing (plus too broke now anyway). I did manage to create a way to make it work but I haven't yet figured out a way to account for leap years. Once I do that I think I'll release a demo.

Figured it out and here is the demo. Simply to track your days and people can then use the tracking to do whatever. Pop ups, reminders, bonuses.
