"Move To" speed not changing.

I'm a total newbie to GameSalad, so if possible, I'd like for it to be kept simple.

Basically,
I have an actor set to move to where my mouse is when I click on an area via the "Move To" behavior. (i.e. click-to-move)
Everything is working good and dandy except the "at the speed of" number doesn't seem to do anything which is an issue. No matter what number I put there, the actor always moves at the same speed. Is there anything that would cause this issue and/or fix it?

I apologize if the answer is dead obvious.

    Can you upload a screenshot of the Move To rule . . .
