problem with moving actor then keeping position

Hi I was wondering if this was even possible with game salad.
Ok.. So I can move a platform by touch which is fine... but Its 3d design texture.
I want my sprite to be running in the middle of the platform and not on the top.
Now If the platform was fixed position and I did not want to move it, I could easy do this by a layer and set behind to give the effect he was running 3d in the middle of the platform, but how do I do this when you have drag with your figure the platform to place it in position to give this effect when he runs across it.

Any idea would be greatly welcomed

    Have the invisible actor ("a layer") constrain itself to the platform while it's being moved, so it gets moved with the platform.

    I think this can be done with custom collision . Even if the platform was moving you would still be on the middle

    Actually, that's a much better idea.
