We've just released a massive 170 full games and templates bundle (6 years worth of work) over at GSHelper.
The bundle includes many genres and mechanics that covers a wide spectrum and also includes a bucket load of art and music.
Most of the files include extensive notes to guide the user explaining all the important rules so you can easily understand and learn how things work.
