increase acceleration

in Working with GS (Mac)

I have an act that moves and I want that every 3 second increase his speed and that when reach a speed of 200 will stay with that speed without increasing more

    Rule:
    While Speed (whatever you are using) is < 200
    --Timer / Every 2 seconds
    ----Change speed to speed + 25
