There will be a planned outage for Publishing, Arcade, and the bug database.

(I double checked the link this time).
In the first outage, we moved publishing's database into another server/cluster.
Because I created an incorrect link for the outage time, I decided to stop work as soon
as publishing came back up.
The next outage will be wider reaching as we change the master server in our database.
This outage will affect Publishing, Arcade, the Bugs database, and the Home page for
a short time. This next outage should be much shorter than this evening's downtime.
