App Store problem.

I have released my first ios game to the app store . It has been at least 2 weeks and I know at least 15 people have brought my game from the app store. But when I got to App Analytic in iTunes connect there is no data being shown. I emailed apple support about this and they said we are not showing this so keep our users anonymous! Did you face any problems likes this? I do have the right to know even if my app gets downloaded 1 time. Does google play store also cause problem like this? Or I will be able to know whether my app was downloaded once or twice on the google play store?

Not sure about apple, but Google Play lets you see exactly how many downloads you got, and how many of those are still installed.

I think you get that info from sales & trends, app analytics page took me some time to update. Sales and trends shows you units sold, territory , devices , versions, category and etc.

The sales info is updated the next day for the previous day. It happens at a specific time can't remember exactly the time of day.
