actor with multiple sensor hit points that will rotate with the main actor

I want to create an actor with multiple hit points that will be constantly rotating. The actor is a flying saucer so of course it is round. I want to create an invisible actor and using the constrain attribute rotate it with the main visible actor. Is that at all possible? If so, can someone point me in the right direction?

I tried a number of things including this video, but I can't seem to rotate the sensor points on an actor that will rotate.
